Delivery time

• Delivery time starts right after successful order confirmation call from JUMP ARENA.

  Notice: Accessories and souvenirs orders which have delivery locations outside HCMC/Hanoi, may take longer delivery time than usual.

Notes when receiving orders:

• After you complete the order process, JUMP ARENA service staff will contact you to confirm the information and process your order.
• Please check carefully the product status and invoice status before paying our shipper (if you choose COD method)
• When detecting faulty products, wrong delivery, please take a photo of the product and sign to confirm the status of the product with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department of JUMP ARENA via Fanpage / Hotline 1900 789 906.
• After you receive the products and there is no feedback about faults or wrong delivery, etc., then you officially agree to receive the products. After this stage, JUMP ARENA will not be able to process other complaints.
• Delivery service is limited inside Vietnam only.
