Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle Science which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science for healthy living. The word “Yoga” is derived from the Sanskrit root yuj meaning “to join”, “to yoke” or “to unite”.
According to Yogic scriptures, the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with universal consciousness. According to modern scientists, everything in the universe is just a manifestation of the same quantum firmament. 

One who experiences this oneness of existence is said to be “in Yoga” and is termed as a yogi who has attained a state of freedom, referred to as Mukti, nirvāna, kaivalya or moksha. “Yoga” also refers to an inner science comprising of a variety of methods through which human beings can achieve union between the body and mind to attain self-realisation. The aim of Yoga practice (sādhana) is to overcome all kinds of sufferings that lead to a sense of freedom in every walk of life with holistic health, happiness and harmony.

Master Munna started his yoga journey at the age of 15 . Delegate for International level yoga and Naturopathy conference , He joined intense residential training program in yoga philosophy, science and teaching in some school , University and Yoga center in India.

After some years of experience of self practice, he started teaching yoga . He treated many patients suffering with many health disorders by yoga.Because of the influence of his intellectual knowledge and easy teaching way accepted by most of the yoga lovers, he got an opportunity to work with Indian Yogis Vietnam.

He is Teaching since 2002, Based on style of traditional Hatha yoga and Meditation style of Hatha yoga, his classes involve healthy practices that can give complete health (Physically as well as mentally). He is the Registered Yoga Instructor in S-vyasa University, Bihar School of Yoga (World First Yoga University) and also done his Yoga Diploma Course from NKYCM. Yoga to him is a way of living.

Yoga to him is an austerity, is a social service and worship to the humanity. For the betterment of human being, following the path of Yogic principles we can enjoy and make our materialistic life- social life full of peace, bliss and pleasure.

Rajesh Choudhary is the founder of R&G Yoga Company. He has a solid education background in yoga and more than 15 years teaching experience.


He is also the Certified International Yoga Judge & co-organizer of International Yoga Championship. Coming Viet Nam with the passion of yoga in 2008, he joined Planet Yoga team and become one of expert master.


In 2010, he founded the Indian Yogis with the mission of bringing yoga to everyone, everywhere in Vietnam.
